Hien is a certified executive coach working globally with CEOs and senior executives in the technology and life sciences sectors. In her previous career as head of human resources, she worked with founders and CEOs to scale up their companies. This was when reflective conversations about leadership strategy occurred—personal, organizational and cultural. She found these conversations to be more effective than other interventions in helping them draw from their humanity and become better leaders.

These experiences and intimate observations of founders and CEOs built her insights and extensive understanding of leadership development, and the outcomes of mindsets and self beliefs. In her coaching, she uses principles of transformational change, emotional and social intelligence, brain science, and the Enneagram. The purpose of her coaching is to develop mission driven future relevant team focused leaders.
