  • If you request to participate as a director, officer, or employee of LWT, we will ask you to provide your name, contact information, phone number, and general resume details.

  • If you would like to receive information from us, we will ask you to provide your name, contact information, and a description of your comment or question.

  • If you email us directly via an email hyperlink to provide us feedback or to ask us a question regarding the Website or our business, we will collect any information contained in such email.
