Celebrating LWT and What Comes Next

Dear LWT Community, 

After careful reflection, the Board of Leading Women in Technology has made the difficult decision to discontinue the WILpower Program and begin winding down LWT's operations in the coming months.

A MOMENT OF CHANGE
This decision reflects broader realities that many organizations like ours are facing with reduced corporate funding for women's initiatives, limited volunteer availability, and fewer individuals able to self-fund their development. 

WILPOWER PROGRAM IMPACT
We started out in 2008 as Women in Licensing, a committee of the Licensing Executives Society and grew over the years to serve women across industries. Thousands of women across the globe have participated in the WILpower Program growing knowledge, skills, and connections to map their unique paths to grow professionally and turn their excellence into success.

WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU
To every alum, speaker, mentor, sponsor, and volunteer who has shared their time, expertise, and heart, thank you. The spirit of LWT and the WILpower Program will continue through you.

CELEBRATING WHAT WE BUILT TOGETHER
