Libby provides The Power of Learning to clients throughout the world. Best known for their business acumen simulations, Libby leads the Americas team at Celemi. She helps clients see business in a strategic or big picture view. Prior to joining Celemi, Libby specialized in communication and psychological safety as an independent consultant. She is convinced these two factors are the conduits to strategy implementation. Libby believes professionals armed with strong business acumen, who foster psychologically safe environments, and who tell the story, can truly lead. Libby holds a BS in Marketing from Western Illinois University and mastered in business administration at Keller Graduate School of Management.
