Brooke is the global expert in a phenomenon she coined “the Success Wound”, which is the pain high-achievers experience when they mistake their success for their self-worth. She has developed a powerful methodology that has helped thousands of high-achievers to heal their Success Wound and finally have a career that feels both fulfilling and successful.

Previously, she was a Marketing Lead at Google and she was the Head of Operations at a global DEI consultancy, The Dream Collective. She has lived in 5 countries before settling in her home state of California with her husband and puppy, Paloma.
